Hazardous Waste Management

Hazardous waste is waste that is dangerous or potentially harmful to our health or the environment. Hazardous wastes can be liquids, solids, gases, or sludges. They can be discarded commercial products, like cleaning fluids or pesticides, or the by-products of manufacturing processes.  You can visit EPA Hazardous Waste Site and DDOE Hazardous Waste Site for more information.

To request a waste pickup, please fill out the Online Chemical Pickup Request Form, or you can download and fill out the Spent/used Chemicals Pickup Form (PDF) and fax/deliver it to SEM office.
