A division of the Planning & Facilities Management, SEM’s primary function is to provide health, environmental, and safety management services to the Georgetown community. Our collective expertise includes many diverse areas: occupational safety, environmental management, biosafety, fire, chemical, hazardous material control and waste disposal, indoor environmental quality, laboratory safety, ergonomics, indoor air quality, vehicular, and industrial safety.
